In order to trigger one of the available actions, you need to pass the Re-captcha check by clicking the checkbox left to  "I’m not a robot“.

Possible actions in this screen are “Reset password“ or “One-time sign in link“.

Once you click on “Reset password“ you will receive an email with the subject “Change password request“. This email is sent on your user account email inbox and also on your recovery emails inbox which you have set up for your user account.

  • usable only once. If you did not use the link and you trigger another “Reset password”, this will automatically invalidate the older link. Only the newest link is valid until it expires.

  1. If the link to "Enter new password" is valid, once you click it, you will get redirected to a page where you can enter your new password

  2. If the link to "Enter new password" is invalid, you will get this screen

    IdentityProvider_ChangePassword_InvalidLink
