Visma Authenticator is our 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) mobile application that enhances your account security. It supports sending 2FA Push notifications to your mobile application during login to verify its you doing the login. It can also generate 6-digit security codes for you to enter during login should you prefer that option instead of push notifications.

The convenience of 2FA Push notifications lies in their seamless integration and instant accessibility. Upon entering your password you receive a prompt alert on your mobile device, eliminating the need for any manual code entry.

With a simple tap, you can approve or deny login attempts. This approach enhances your user experience by reducing friction during login while maintaining robust security measures.

Should you still prefer 6 digit security codes with other Authenticator apps you can also opt to use Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and alike - but then Push notifications are not supported.
