After you have downloaded and installed the Visma Authenticator app, you will be able to add your first account, by clicking on “Add account“

The “Add account”, offers two options:

1) Sign In

Once you sign in with your Visma account credentials or with your own external Identity Provider (if you have this option available), the account with that email will be added to the Visma Authenticator app

2) Scan QR code

You are able to add the account by scanning a QR code if:

• your user account is enforced to enroll 2FA. Then you will get into the 2FA Enrollment flow after entering your password

• you enable two-step verification from your Account Settings
