This Users view displays all user accounts that are created across all Visma applications for your verified domains.
User authorization is not managed centralized under this view, but inside each of the Visma Applications.
The users list displays all users for your verified domains by default. By clicking on a certain user from the list you will end up in the User Detail View
In the users list view you are able to:
In the users list view the columns are sortable by using the Up/Down arrows next to each column ( ) and the sort option is remembered to increase your user experience. Once a column is sorted, you can see the direction of sorting which was applied such as this:
for ascending order or for descending order.
By default, the displayed columns are:
Email address
First name
Last name
Last login(UTC) - when the user has last logged in into any application
Created(UTC) - when the user was created into our system.
On the right side of the users list view column heading, you can see this column filter icon . By clicking this icon you are able to uncheck to hide or check to display other columns, by having Email address always displayed and not available to hide:
Other columns available on each user:
Updated - the UTC timestamp of last user details updates
Language - the preferred language of the user
Country - the country set on user details
Applications - the list of applications used by this user account or for which the user has been granted access. Note: the list view displays the count of applications used by each user and the detail view of the user displays the exact list of applications.
Electronic-ID enabled - Yes/No values, stating if the user has linked an electronic ID such as authentication with a BankID
2-Step enabled - if no value set then the user did not enable 2-Step verification (such as using Google Authenticator 6 digit otp codes). if it is enabled then the date of activating 2-Step verification is displayed.
