Search Users

In the Users list you can search by email or name or filter by domain and select records to perform different actions on them.

You can search one or multiple users by typing in at least 2 characters. You can search by parts of first name, last name or email address.

Focus inside the search bar to delete or change search criteria or click X in order to clear the typed text.

Filter domains

The filter is available only when your company has more than one verified domain.

You can filter one or multiple domains for a better selection. By default the user accounts displayed on the page are from all your verified domains.

Click Filter domains and select the needed domain or multiple domains. All users for the selected domain(s) will be shown within the pages.

Click the Clear filter in order to remove your selected domains. If any selection was done it will be retained.

Select Users

You can select one or multiple users from the User view by using the options displayed in the dropdown list, by clicking the checkbox or you can use it in combination with search users and filter domains for a more effective selection.

Note: Selected users will not be cleared if you select based on other criteria. The selected users are cleared only after you make an action or click Clear selection.

Action	Instructions
Select individually	You can select/deselect multiple users (or a single user) by clicking the check box to the left of the user’s email address.
Select all X users	All users from your company will be selected.
Select X users from page	Only the users displayed on the current page will be selected. The maximum number of users displayed on a page is 50.
	When searching for user/users only this action will be available for selection. If the results have more pages, please go through each page and click this option.
Select all X users from filter	Selection available when used in combination with filter domains , this option will select all users from the needed verified domains. If you want later to add all of your users, click Clear filter, the selection tool will go back to the default action.
Clear Selection	Use this action to remove any selected user.
