You can use 2FA without a smartphone. Choose the option that fits you.

Can I use only SMS or email?
No. SMS is only a backup, for when your app does not work. Email codes are not a 2FA option.
None of these work for me.
Contact your employer or the administrator of the application. They decide if 2FA is required, and they can tell you other ways to get logged in.
