Setting up a new workflow in Flows is a straightforward process. Follow these simple steps to create your first flow and streamline your tasks:

1. Log In to Flows

To get started, login to Developer Portal and use the “Flows” link. In Q2-2025 we limit access so that only teams in the Developer Portal can log in to Flows.

2. Navigate to “My Flows”

Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the dashboard. From there, click on the “My Flows” tab in the main navigation menu. This is your central hub where you can view, edit, and manage all your workflows.

3. Create a New Flow

In the “My Flows” section, click the “New flow” button. This will open the Flow Designer, where you’ll define the workflow logic.

4. Define Your Trigger

Select a trigger to start your flow. A trigger could be an event, like receiving a webhook, an email, something happening in an application, or input from an AI agent.

5. Add Actions

Choose the actions you want to occur in response to the trigger. Actions can include sending emails, syncing with applications or contacting APIs.

6. Test and Publish

Once your flow is configured, test it using sample data to ensure it works as expected. Publish your flow, and it’s ready to automate tasks and boost productivity.
