When you are signed into the Developer Portal you can go to “My Team” in the top menu.

You have 5 user roles available which can be combined for flexible access.

Team Manager

The Team Manager has full control of members of the team. The Team Manager can add new members to the team, remove any of the existing members or change the roles of team members.

Service Owner

The Service Owner has full management access of the team’s applications and APIs. The Service Owner controls which applications and APIs are created in their team and approval of integrations.

Developer

The Developer can manage the team’s applications and APIs. Applications and APIs can be configured by a developer as “Draft” but only the Service Owner can create them in Visma Connect.

Guest

The Guest member has same access as Developer but without the permission to generate secrets for the applications.

Partner Administrator

The Partner Administrator has access to functionality related to ISVs. The role is only available to teams that have “Partner Administration” feature applied and can be granted by Team Manager to any team member. The role is always applied together with specific countries representing the ISV’s country the user can manage.

A Partner Administrator can also be configured as a delegated approval for API integrations.
