Accessibility Statement for Visma Connect IdP
Visma Connect IDP is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the user experience and strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
This accessibility statement applies specifically to the single sign-on application found at https://connect.visma.com. It's important to note that this statement does not cover modifications to the user interface made by third-party Visma applications that integrate with our service.
Conformance Status
While we aim for full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, we acknowledge that some areas of our application are not yet fully compliant. Our team is dedicated to addressing these issues as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the accessibility of the site.
Known Accessibility Issues
We are actively working to remediate the following accessibility issues:
1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (AA)
Some labels of text do not meet the minimum 4.5:1 color contrast ratio, making them difficult for some users to read.
2.1.1 Keyboard (A)
Not all functionality is currently operable using only the keyboard; some interactive elements require a mouse.
2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap (A)
In certain interactive components, keyboard focus can become trapped, preventing the user from moving focus away without refreshing the page.
2.4.3 Focus Order (A)
The sequence in which elements receive keyboard focus may not follow a logical or meaningful order on all pages.
2.4.7 Focus Visible (AA)
There are elements that, when receiving keyboard focus, do not display a clear and visible focus indicator.
2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) (AA)
Some clickable targets (buttons or links) are smaller than the recommended 44x44 CSS pixels, making them difficult to activate accurately, especially on touch devices.
3.2.3 Consistent Navigation (AA)
Especially links are not always highlighted when in focus and it might be difficult to see.
We have an ongoing plan to resolve these issues and are integrating accessibility into our development lifecycle to prevent new barriers from being introduced.
