Overview
The Transfer Ownership feature allows the current owner of a Flow to hand over full ownership to another workspace member. This is useful when responsibilities change, someone leaves the team, or a different person needs to take charge of managing a Flow.
Who Can Transfer Ownership?
Only the owner of a Flow can transfer its ownership. Editors or other shared members do not have this option.
How to Transfer Ownership
Open the three-dot menu on the Flow you want to transfer and select Transfer ownership.

Search for a workspace member by name or email, then select them as the new owner.
Choose whether to keep access to the Flow after the transfer (enabled by default). If unchecked, you will lose all access.
Click Continue, review the summary, and click Transfer ownership to confirm.

What Changes After the Transfer?
The new owner gets full control: rename, share, delete, and transfer the Flow again.
If you kept access, you can still work with the Flow — edit, duplicate, publish, and view execution logs — but you will no longer be able to rename, share, or delete it.
If you did not keep access, you lose all access unless the new owner shares the Flow with you later.
All other shared members keep their current access.
Good to Know
You cannot transfer ownership to yourself.
There is no undo — if you need ownership back, the new owner must transfer it to you.
Members with a Viewer role are not eligible and will not appear in the search results.
