Your profile holds the personal details attached to your Visma account: your name, profile picture, email addresses, phone numbers, and language preferences. Changes you make here apply across all Visma applications you sign in to with Visma Connect.
Your name and profile picture
Open Profile and click Edit name to change your first or last name.
Click Change photo to upload a profile picture. You can zoom and drag to crop it before saving, and remove or replace it at any time.
Note: if your name has been verified through an official identity source, it may not be editable here.
Changing your email address
Your primary email address is what you sign in with, so changing it requires confirmation:
In the Email section, click Change.
Enter your new email address.
Check the inbox of the new address and click the confirmation link we send you. Until you confirm, your current address stays active. The confirmation link expires after a short time, so complete the change promptly.
Some organizations manage email addresses centrally. In that case the Change button is not available, and you should contact your administrator instead.
Recovery emails
Recovery emails are backup addresses that help you regain access to your account. They cannot be used to sign in.
Click Add email address and enter the backup address.
Enter the 6-digit verification code we send to that address.
You can remove a recovery email at any time.
Phone numbers
Verified phone numbers can receive two-factor authentication codes by SMS, depending on the application you use.
Click Add phone number and enter your number.
Enter the 6-digit code we send you by SMS.
Your first number automatically becomes your primary number. If you add more, you can choose which one is primary. Removing a number that is used for SMS verification may be blocked while SMS two-factor authentication is active; disable the method first under Sign-in & security.
Language and country
Choose your preferred language and country. Your language choice applies immediately across your Visma experience, and the interface switches to the new language as soon as you save.
