Visma Home is your centralized portal that provides easy access to your Visma and third-party applications through a Single Sign-on (SSO) experience with Connect.
Key Features
Application Overview: Access all your Apps directly from a single dashboard.
Personalized Dashboard: Tailor your workspace if you have more than 12 apps. Click Manage to easily customize your layout:
Sort your apps Alphabetically or by Recently used or Most used.
Click the Star icon to add or remove apps from your Favorites.
Click the - icon to hide apps you don't frequently use.
Click the + icon to restore apps you have hidden.
Incident & Status Alerts: Should an app experience an outage or issue, a prominent alert banner (e.g., "1 app with issues") will appear at the top right of your dashboard, and an indicator will mark affected application tile(s).
Managing Your Profile
By clicking on your profile menu in the top right corner, you can easily manage your session and preferences:
View Account Details: Check your registered email address and your last sign-in time.
Theme Switching: Prefer working in the dark? You can easily toggle between Light, Dark, or System modes via your profile menu to match your workspace preference. The System setting follows your operating system.
Open Apps in New Tab: Use the toggle switch to control your browsing experience. Turning this on ensures that clicking an application opens it in a separate browser tab, keeping your Visma Home dashboard open and easily accessible in the background.
Manage Personal Settings: Access and update your Account Settings under My details.
Sign Out: Safely sign out of your active SSO session.
