Devices & activity

Prev Next

The Devices & activity page shows you where your account is signed in and how it has been accessed recently, so you can spot anything unusual and act on it.

Active sessions

Every device with a live session is listed with its browser, location, and last activity. The device you are using right now is pinned at the top with a This device badge, and it can never be signed out from here (so you cannot lock yourself out by accident).

  • Sign out one device: click Sign out next to any other session and confirm. That device is signed out of Visma immediately.

  • Sign out everywhere else: click Sign out all other devices to end every session except the one you are using. This is the fastest response if you left yourself signed in on a shared computer or suspect someone else has access.

For your protection, signing out other devices may ask you to verify your identity again first.

Login history

Below your sessions, the login history lists your most recent sign-ins, newest first, each with the device, browser, location, approximate IP address, and time.

Locations are estimated from the IP network address, so a sign-in through a corporate network, VPN or mobile carrier can show a nearby Country rather than your exact one.

If you see something you don't recognize

  1. Click Sign out all other devices.

  2. Change your password under Sign-in & security.

  3. Make sure two-factor authentication is turned on.

  4. If you are still concerned, contact your organization's administrator or Visma support.
