The Data & privacy page keeps you in control of the personal data connected to your Visma account.
Terms of service and privacy statement
Quick links to the terms of service and privacy statement that apply to your account. Depending on the application, specific terms of service and privacy statement links may or may not be displayed.
Downloading your data
You can export a copy of the personal data stored about you:
Click Download.
Review the summary of what the file contains: your profile information, contact details, sign-in activity, and linked applications.
Confirm to download the file.
The page shows when you last exported your data. Avoid downloading the file on a shared or public computer, since it contains personal information.
Deleting your account
Deleting your Visma account is permanent, so the flow is deliberately explicit. Whether you can delete it yourself depends on the applications linked to your account.
If self-service deletion is available, you will see a Delete account button:
Click Delete account. Because this is irreversible, you may first be asked to verify your identity again.
Read the dialog carefully. Your account and all your data will be deleted immediately and permanently, this cannot be undone, and you will be signed out right away.
Type the confirmation word exactly as shown and confirm.
The deletion takes effect immediately: your account is gone, all your sessions end, and you are signed out on the spot.
If your account is managed by your organization, the Delete account button is not shown. Instead you will see a note that the account is managed by your IT administrator, and account deletion or closure must be requested through them. This is the case when one or more of your applications require your account to be disconnected on their side first, which typically means it was provided by your employer.
