Emails for Flows allows you to automate your workflow based on incoming emails.
You can configure workflows to start whenever a new email is received at a designated address, enabling efficient processing of requests, notifications, or any email-driven tasks.
Configuring the Email Trigger
Create a New Workflow: Select the Built-in tool "Emails" as the trigger. "Incoming email" is automatically selected as the event.
Copy the unique email address generated for your Flow and use it from your sender system.
Attachments received in emails can be sent and used in subsequent workflow actions.
Email recipient domain
All incoming emails will be received at emails.flows.visma.com.
This domain is configured with DMARC, SPF, and DKIM to ensure email authentication and improve deliverability.
Filtering Emails Using the Built-in “Filter” action
After triggering the workflow with "Email for Flows," use the built-in "Filter" action to refine processing conditions.
Set up filtering criteria such as sender email, subject keywords, or specific content in the email body.
This ensures that only relevant emails continue through the workflow.
