Guide to self-enrollment of 2FA in your Account Settings

  1. Login to your Account Settings

  2. Scroll down to Password authentication

  3. Click Enable Two-step verification

  4. Enter your password to start the 2FA enrollment wizard

Step 1 - Information

Step 2 - Download Authenticator App and scan QR-code to add your Account

You can use Visma Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or other compatible 2FA apps of your choice.

Step 3 - Enter the 6-digit code generated by the Authenticator App

Step 4 - Optionally enter your phone number to have text message as backup option

We recommend that you add your phone number as a 2FA backup option in case you loose your App.

If you have already added your phone number you will skip this step.

If you do not want to add SMS as backup option then click Next without entering your phone number.

Step 5 - Enter 6 digit code from SMS (if you added a phone number in step 4)

Step 6 - Copy one-time emergency code and save it in some secure place

If you loose the one-time emergency code and need it, then you need to get in touch with customer support

Ensure you check the box “I have safely copied and stored this code.”

Step 7 - Setup of 2FA completed

Congratulations - you have now secured your account with 2FA.
