# Publishing an App

The team members with **Developer** role cannot publish their applications in Visma Connect. They need to request one of the team’s Service Owners to approve the application’s configuration and to publish/create it.

After saving the application details, developers can send it to Service Owners approval by clicking the “Send for approval” button.

An email notification will be sent to your team’s Service Owners and a confirmation dialog is displayed. You can check all your team members and their roles under **My Team** page.

The Service Owner can then publish the application in Visma Connect by clicking the “Create” button.
