# Scheduler for Flows

**Scheduler for Flows** allows you to automate your workflow based on predefined time intervals, offering flexibility to run tasks daily or hourly. You can also exclude weekends, ensuring workflows align with your operational needs.

You can configure two primary scheduling options:

- **Daily Schedule:** Runs workflows once a day at a specific time, which you can set based on your needs.
- **Hourly Schedule:** Triggers workflows at the start of every hour.

Both scheduling modes include an option to exclude weekends, ensuring that workflows only run on weekdays.

#### Setting Up the Scheduler

**Create a New Workflow:** Select the Built-in tool "Scheduler" as the trigger. Choose either "Daily" or "Hourly" as the event.

**Configure the Schedule:**

- For a Daily Schedule, specify the exact hour (in 24-hour format) and minute you want the workflow to run.
- For an Hourly Schedule, the workflow will run automatically at the start of every hour.

**Weekend Exclusion:** Enabling this option ensures that the workflow will not run on Saturdays or Sundays.
