Flows Application in ISV context

Go to application list, click add new in upper right side, choose Flows as application type and fill in data:

Click on Create button and you now have your application created.

You can now go to Actions submenu and add APIs of displayed types:

Steps in creating APIs and setting up Auth and Actions are similar to the ones described in flows-application.
