# Emails for Flows

**Emails for Flows** allows you to automate outbound email communication within your workflow.

#### Configuring the Email for Flows Action

In your Workflow select the Built-in tool "Emails" as an action. The event "Send email" is automatically selected.

#### Define Email Parameters

**Recipient Email (To):** Specify one or multiple recipients. This is the only mandatory field.

**Cc (Carbon Copy):** Add recipients who should receive a copy of the email. All recipients can see who is included in the Cc field (optional).

**Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy):** Add recipients who should receive a copy of the email without other recipients knowing they were included (optional).

**Subject:** Define a clear and relevant subject for the email (optional).

**Html Body:** Format-rich email content (optional).

**Text Body:** Plain text alternative (optional).

**Attachments:** Include files from earlier workflow steps if needed (optional).

#### Email Sending Domain

Emails are sent from domain **emails.flows.visma.com**.

If necessary, add this domain to your server’s whitelist to ensure successful email delivery.

This domain is configured with **DMARC**, **SPF**, and **DKIM** to ensure email authentication and improve deliverability.
