# 2FA Gallery & Method Guide

Different apps have slightly different looks, but they all work the same way. Choose the video below that matches the app you want to use to see a full walkthrough of the setup and login process. You can use almost any security tool you already own.

## 📱 Visma Authenticator

## Best for: The fastest login experience. No typing required—just tap "Approve" on your phone.

Tip: Make sure to enable Notifications on your phone during setup, or you won't see the "Approve" button!

## 🧩 Microsoft Authenticator

Best for: Users who already use Microsoft 365 or Outlook for work.

Best for: Users who want a simple, lightweight app without extra features.

## 🔑 Physical Security Keys & Passkeys

Best for: High-security environments or users who prefer not to use a mobile phone.
